It is popular with wine and spirit employees and enthusiasts alike and will give students a comprehensive understanding of the product. The aim of the course is to focus in detail on the key grape varieties and all the major wine producing regions of the world. The principle varieties of spirits are also covered.
For individuals seeking to delve deeper into the world of wines, this qualification provides a detailed understanding of grape growing and wine making. Upon completion, you will be able to assess wines accurately and use your understanding to confidently explain wine style and quality. Upon successful completion, you will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin and will be able to use the associated WSET certified logo. This course is open to students who hold the Level 2 Award in Wine & Spirits or you should complete the Level 3 Award online entrance test.
